How do refunds work?

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Open Settings → Billing and choose Contact support so we can find the correct payment. We review requests within two business days. Renewals and charges older than 14 days are not automatically refundable, but contact us if something went wrong and we’ll look at the circumstances fairly.
