A plain-language overview of the information Ansilo uses to provide the service.
Information we handle
When you create an account, we receive your email and basic account information from Supabase Authentication, including when you sign in with Google. We store the answers and help-center settings you choose to save.
Public help pages
Only answers you publish are available through your public help-center links. Draft answers and account details remain private to your workspace.
Service providers
Ansilo uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. AI generation is not currently available in the product; if an AI provider such as Groq or OpenAI is enabled later, the relevant text will be sent only to provide that requested generation and this policy will be updated. Payments are not currently implemented.
Analytics and cookies
Ansilo does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking. The app uses the session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Retention and deletion
We keep account content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us using the address below.
