These terms keep Ansilo useful, safe, and clear for the founders who use it.
Using Ansilo
Use Ansilo lawfully and keep your account credentials secure. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
Your content and public pages
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and support commitments in the answers you save or publish. Publishing an answer makes it accessible to anyone with the public link; unpublish it when it should no longer be available.
Plans and billing
Ansilo offers Free and Starter plan limits. Starter checkout and recurring billing are processed through Dodo Payments when enabled for your account. Your plan becomes active only after Ansilo receives and verifies the corresponding billing event; returning from checkout alone does not change entitlements.
Availability
We work to keep Ansilo available, but the service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control.
Limitations
Ansilo is provided as a support-workflow tool, not legal, financial, or operational advice. To the extent allowed by law, Ansilo is not liable for indirect losses or for content and decisions based on your use of the service.
